By purchasing Giclee reproductions on this website you have read and agreed to the “Terms and Conditions” listed below, and must oblige by these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend the “Terms and Conditions” at any time without prior notice.
Acceptance of your Order
It is acknowledged that no order shall be deemed as accepted unless it is verified and accepted by Giclee Canvas Prints. By placing an order with Giclee Canvas Prints you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Orders placed cannot be canceled due to delays in delivery. Orders can be cancelled only if the prints have not been produced at the time of your cancellation request. We retain the right to cancel any order regardless of your order confirmation.
No order will be commenced until receipt of the full payment.
After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Giclee Canvas Prints containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.
All Giclee Reproductions will be produced at the size ordered with the tolerance of plus or minus 2-3mm in either direction with additional material on all sides for either stretching or framing. All Giclee Reproductions on canvas are produced with a border suitable for stretching on a timber frame.
Certificate of Authenticity
A Certificate of Authenticity, signed and numbered is supplied along with each Giclee Reproduction. The Certificate of Authenticity includes information about the artist, the original art, the Giclee image and limited edition number.
Packaging and Delivery Policy
Packaging and Delivery costs are not included in the prices shown and are an additional charge. Delivery charges will be shown individually in the payment window of the shopping cart.
All Giclee Reproductions are supplied either as Canvas or Fine Art Paper prints and packaged, rolled in a cardboard cylinder for safe and secure delivery.
All deliveries within Australia will be despatched via Australia Post where possible, or via an Australia wide transport company, whichever is the most economical and reliable. International orders will sent via Australia Post or a suitable, reliable International courier. Post office box numbers are not acceptable as a delivery address, please supply only street address and suburb etc.
It is the clients responsibility to contact Giclee Canvas Prints if your order does not arrive when expected. Should the need arise, we will contact the delivery company to obtain delivery advice on your order. If your order is lost, a refund or replacement will be supplied and shipped at our discretion.
Refund and Returns Policy
Giclee Canvas Prints operates according to strict quality control guidelines, and offers a 7 day replacement guarantee, for product damaged or lost in transit. Replacement of damaged or lost goods (including postage and handling) will be supplied within fifteen (15) working days of the return of the damaged goods or proof of lost goods. We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of the damaged goods. The damaged product must be returned to our business address suitably protected and packaging securely.
We recommend that you return the product (via Australia Post if possible) and pay all return postage, you also assume any further risk of lost, stolen or damage during return of goods., We therefore insist you register and insure the parcel with Australia post. We reserve the right to refuse to accept and to return to the sender, parcels that arrive COD or have “Receiver To Pay” stamped on the packaging. Giclee Canvas Prints will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in return transit if you choose not to insure.
No damaged goods will be accepted as returns without prior notification and acceptance by Giclee Canvas Prints.
This refund policy does not apply to goods which have been mistreated, used, damaged after delivery or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.
Pricing
All prices shown on the gallery are in Australian Dollars (AUD) including GST and are established by the relevent artist offering their images on this website. We reserve the right to alter selling prices of any Giclee Reproduction without notice as requested by the artists.

Orders
If you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personally identifiable information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, Email, and street address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date). Post Office box’s are not acceptable as delivery address.
We use this information for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.
